BOX TYPE FURNACES

1. SALT BATH FURNACES
   
   Both eternally heated and immersed Electrode – For immersion method of heat treating small parts, for load-treatment of tools, drills, taps for cyanide bath treatment to surface harden tools and machine parts & for other processes requiring neutral salt bath etc. Supplied with suitable Pots for various uses and Hood for flue-exhaust.
   
2. ROLLER HEARTH FURNACES
   
   For treatment of heavy components, tools, dies etc. The Roller Hearth facilitates easy loading and unloading.
   
3. PIT FURNACES
   
   For annealing wires, sheets, strips, and coils – suitable for black and white annealing of carbon and alloy steel, copper wires and strips in coils etc. in addition to general heat treatment. If required, suitable guides will be provided so that charge does not against the wall and damage it.
   
4. FORCED AIR CIRCULATION FURNACES
   
   Suitable for tempering, mar-tempering, blueing, stress-relieving etc – supplied complete with stainless steel chamber and work basket – available in Vertical Circular Type with fan mounted at the Bottom or on Door and Rectangular, Horizontal, Box Type with fan mounted at the rear or top.
